PaperDog Architecture specialises in providing ARB registered architectural design services to private residential projects; LISTENING, UNDERSTANDING and INTERPRETING your ideas to bring them to life.

How does it work?

1) Measured Survey

A precise laser survey of your house will be conducted at the outset, ensuring greater accuracy throughout the design phase.

2) Briefing

In this initial stage, a tailored detailed brief will be crafted to ensure that all your requirements are fully addressed.

Sections discuss entrance, kitchen, dining, and lounge considerations. Emphasis on practical, sociable spaces, lighting, storage solutions, and design integration with existing structures.

3) Design

This is the exciting phase, where collaboration brings your vision to life as we explore and test multiple design options for your project!

4) Interior Design

Alongside exceptional architecture, Paperdog Architecture also offers vibrant interior design services that bring every space to life!

5) Visualisation

Various levels of 3D modeling are available to suit all budgets, providing a clear understanding of the project and its possibilities.

6) Planning

7) Building Regulations

In collaboration with a structural engineer, Paperdog Architecture will prepare the necessary documentation to ensure compliance with Building Regulations.

8) Tender

To secure the best quote for your project, and find the right builder for you, costs from multiple builders are often obtained. The detailed information pack created at this stage will empower you to do just that.

9) On Site
